4년전 모  N블로그에서 H 주식을 추천했습니다..

나름 주식에 대한 지식 및 블로그 운영 기간도 오래 되어 오랜 고민 없이 약 3만원 중반대에 몇십주를 구매 하였습니다.

 

매입 계기는 그 당시 코로나가 감소하는 시기로 해당 회사에 대한 장밋빛 호재를 매우 역설하였습니다. 

 

한데 구매 후 다음 날부터 주가는 매수가에서 점점 하락 하더니 결국 4년이 지난 현재 매수가에서 약 35%가격에 형성되고 있습니다.

 

그런데 그 회사가 최근 물적분할을 한다는 메일을 보내와 결국 반대 의사 표명 및 매수 청구 절차를 밟기로 했습니다.

 

매수 청구가 역시 매입가의 35% 수준에 불과 하지만 물적 분할 또는 액면분할을 통해서 여태 한번도 재미를 보지 못한 나는 오늘 증권사를 통해 물적분할 반대 의사를 표하였습니다.

 

 

 

 

 

매수청구 절차

물적분할 메일 수신 -> 마감일 전까지 물적 반대 유선 통보 -> 매수청구마감일까지 매수청구 실시 

 

 

 

 

물적분할 반대의사 마감 기간 까지 반대의사 표명을 하면 그 후 며칠후 기업에 매수 청구를 할 수 있다고 합니다.

 

거의 3년 동안 영업이익 마이너스를 기록한 회사 주식을 혹시나 하는 마음에 들고 있었던 나의 책임은 피할 수 없습니다.

 

하지만 더이상의 손실을 감내 할 수 없기에 나는 오늘 물적분할 반대를 신청습니다.

 

처음으로 블로그를 보고 투자한 주식이었습니다만 한가지 좋은 교훈을 얻었습니다.

 

보이지 않는 작전세력은 이와 같은 개인투자 블로그일수도 있다고...

 

모든 투자책임은 결국 본인에게 있겠지만요..

The blogger's knowledge of stocks and blogging period has been long, so I bought a few tens of shares in the mid 30,000 won range without worrying about it for a long time.

 

The reason for the purchase was that COVID-19 was decreasing at that time, and the rosy good news for the company was very emphasized.

However, from the next day after the purchase, the stock price gradually declined from the purchase price and eventually formed at about 35% of the purchase price four years later.

However, the company recently sent an e-mail saying it was splitting the material, and eventually decided to go through the process of expressing opposition and requesting purchase.

The purchase price is also only 35% of the purchase price, but I have never had fun through physical division or face division, so I expressed my opposition to physical division through a securities company today.

Receiving physical division e-mail -> Wire notification of objections before the deadline -> Purchase request conducted by the deadline

If you express your objection by the deadline for opposing the physical division, you can request a purchase from the company a few days after that.

I can't avoid my responsibility for holding the company's stock, which has been in negative operating profit for nearly three years.

However, I am filing an objection to the physical division today because I cannot bear any more losses.

It was my first time looking at a blog and investing in it, but I learned one good lesson.
